- If you are getting bored, never think to sleep to get rid of boredom instead play some video games, do some cooking, gardening, or surf the internet. There are many good options than sleeping, opt that.
- Never hit the snooze button of your alarm clock. Try to put your clock out of your reach so that you have to get up to stop it. This makes you a bit fresh.
- Eat healthy food sometimes too oily food makes you lazy and fat as well.
Good sleeping is important to make you healthy and active throughout the day. On the other hand, less or oversleeping can prove to be harmful for the people as you can get heart problem, gain weight, experience depression, hypersomnia, and many other diseases.
